CC Rinehart, founder of CC Lagree, is pioneering Lagree training in athletics. A former collegiate soccer player, she discovered its high-intensity, low-impact benefits after back-to-back ACL injuries.

She introduced Lagree to D1 Football, MLS and NWSL players, growing a client base across NFL, NBA and UFC athletes. The first to take Lagree mobile, Rinehart travels nationwide, tailoring training to athletes of all ages and industries to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, full body control and injury prevention.
