Debbie Perez understands how design can impact a space and its atmosphere. Growing up in hospital environments, she witnessed her mother soften those sterile spaces with personal touches, sparking a lifelong passion for design.

After starting her career in real estate, Perez transitioned to interior design and launched her first company. However, when the 2008 market crash shifted client priorities, she adapted and evolved. 

In 2009, she founded Tweak Your Space, a firm focused on maximizing what clients already own. By offering flat-fee rates, Perez provides cost-effective solutions that stretch budgets beyond hourly-based services.

Today, Perez offers full-scale designs, creative revamps or a combination of both—transforming spaces into personal havens. With numerous Best of Houzz awards, Perez consistently delivers impactful, budget-efficient designs aligned with clients’ goals.
