Founded by co-founders Livia Restrepo and Rachael Rahrig, Freshly Minted Living specializes in creating homes that are as functional as they are personal. The design studio is known for pairing custom furnishings with vintage finds, embracing layered textures and thoughtful details that give each space warmth, character and a sense of authenticity. Rather than chasing trends, the team works closely with clients to create interiors that reflect how they live, resulting in homes that feel timeless, collected and uniquely their own.

Swirled Staple
Handcrafted using a slab-building technique, the Marble Townsend Vase by Henry Holland Studio showcases swirling colored clay beneath a high-gloss transparent glaze, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. Available in green and white, blue and white or brown and white, the sculptural vessel doubles as both functional décor and a statement piece. “They are both beautiful and functional, and we love that every piece is unique,” Restrepo and Rahrig note.

Picture-Perfect Pages
“We can’t overstate the value of beautiful books in a space, and the ‘John Derian: The Picture Book Collection Set’ is one of our top picks for styling,” the duo reveal. The collection includes “The John Derian Picture Book” (2016) and “The John Derian Picture Book II” (2024), each measuring 11 by 14 inches. “The XL sizing creates the perfect base for décor, and the under-jacket covers are a beautiful neutral that works in any room. Bonus: The illustrations are stunning and are perfect for framing.”

Sip in Style
Handcrafted in Italy, Carlo Moretti’s Bora Set of 6 Crystal Glasses is made from mouth-blown Murano crystal, making it an elegant addition to any dining table or home bar. Restrepo and Rahrig first discovered Carlo Moretti’s work while dining at the famed Le Sirenuse hotel in Positano, Italy, and consider each glass a work of art.

Hometown Hangings
Rahrig and Restrepo love Sandgrain Studios for its wide range of designs, but their favorite prints are the ones that celebrate Tampa and its hometown teams. “Sandgrain is one of our go-tos for offices, media rooms and sports fans,” Rahrig says. The Tampa poster and Tampa Bay Buccaneers poster are just two of the brand’s designs, each available in multiple sizes and frame options.
