Interior Design: Sire Design
Builder: JR Structures Custom Builders
Architect: Monroe Design Group
Photographer: South Meadow Productions and Jeanne Canto of JNNS
Realtor: Dina Sierra Smith, Smith & Associates

Crafted by Eilyn Jimenez, the visionary behind Sire Design, whose acclaimed creations have graced the screens of the Netflix series “Designing Miami,” this distinctive Tierra Verde estate boasts two stories and five bedrooms with timeless elements and a midcentury modern feel. What sets this property apart is not only its exquisite furnishings but also its availability for purchase.

Jimenez draws inspiration for her designs from travel and connecting with her clients, and this water-lover’s paradise is no different. Twelve-foot ceilings downstairs and a 24-foot foyer with pivot door set the stage for a vibe of grandeur, while custom-stained oak windows with porthole-inspired accents, walnut wood stairs, and custom carpentry create a sense of warmth with coastal elements.

In addition to new materials like the avocatus quartzite countertops in the kitchen and bar or the Clé tile fireplace, vintage finds were also implemented throughout the home to create the perfect blend of modern amenities and bespoke finishes with timeless elegance.

With its proximity to Fort De Soto State Park, the estate is idyllic for outdoor enthusiasts, offering waterfront views, a negative edge spillover pool with a heated spa, an outdoor lounge for entertaining and a substantial dock built on the side of the home for unobstructed views.

This waterfront estate showcases an exterior masterfully constructed by JR Structures.
In the living room, pendant lighting from Design Public graces the foyer, while cascading lights by RBW illuminate the main area. An area rug by Armadillo complements the tan sofas from Restoration Hardware.
The dining room shines under a chandelier from Atelier de Troupe, with a table from Monologue London and vintage chairs from 1stDibs encircling it.
The bar area is equipped with ARCA countertops, RBW lighting fixtures and barstools from Restoration Hardware.
A blue Palindrome light by RBW dominates the game room, accompanied by a leather Marenco sofa on the area rug from Nordic Knots.
The main bedroom boasts a custom-designed bed on a sage area rug from Nordic Knots, with fabrics for the headboard and daybed from Dedar Milan.
Van Gogh Onyx counters from ARCA pull from the wall paint in the powder bathroom.
The laundry room includes a dog bath accented with Clé tile.
The estate’s exterior and outdoor kitchen were conceptualized by the builder, while all outdoor furniture, from sofas to side tables, was curated by Sire Design, including the pool tile to create a lagoon-like ambiance.
