In the game room, custom Diano Azure drapery from Kravet frames the outdoor views, while a leather sofa from Four Hands and chairs from Classic Home offer comfort.

Located directly on the waterfront at Indian Rocks Beach, this three-story home was designed to deliver a high-end rental experience that comfortably accommodates large groups. The exterior blends traditional coastal architecture with subtle British West Indies influences, while the interiors channel the nostalgic charm of vintage Florida road trips.

A custom ombré paint feature spanning all three levels mimics the coastal horizon and sets the tone for the home’s colorful, lively aesthetic. The main living areas and bedrooms take full advantage of sweeping Gulf views. Inside, five king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a custom bunk room each feature their own en suite bath and unique design character.

Throughout the home, bold yet balanced color choices create a lively coastal energy—while designer wallcoverings including grasscloth, tropical botanicals, geometric patterns and wave-inspired prints add personality to every room.

A standout feature in the home is the custom bunk room, which sleeps six and channels a playful treehouse vibe. The space is wrapped in a white-and-green botanical wallcovering with bright millwork, fabrics and individual sconce reading lights in each bunk. Two unique amenities—a selfie station and glam station—turn functional spaces into memorable experiences. The ground-level selfie station features custom tilework, integrated seating, layered lighting, a full-length mirror and a built-in ring light for picture-perfect moments. The glam station, designed for weddings and events, includes custom cabinetry, LED lighting, stone countertops and built-in mirrors. Durable, high-end finishes such as full masonry construction, natural quartzite, large-format porcelain tile and custom cabinetry by Londos Fine Cabinetry ensure the home’s longevity in its coastal environment.

Inspired by the 30A area’s pretty, creamy white color palettes, the exterior of this Indian Rocks Beach home follows suit with a light, airy coastal paint and faux-wood garage doors that create a visually interesting contrast.
An aqua Rowe Alden sectional anchors the family room, complemented by a Londos media cabinet with LED backlit shelves.
The kitchen features Gabby Home Grayson chandeliers above the island and Worlds Away Baylor counter stools.
This half bath was designed to feel like a jewel box, featuring reflective tile, an oversized mirror and pendant lighting.
A Palecek Selita chandelier hangs above a custom white oak table, with blue-upholstered Universal chairs echoing the kitchen cabinetry.
This “selfie station” features green Bedrosians Cloe tile, layered lighting and a full-length mirror.
Each bedroom iis inspired by vintage coastal prints by Slim Aarons. This black-and-white style room features a black four-poster bed from Noir Furniture and white oak nightstands from Sunpan Modern.
The bar area, designed by Londos Fine Cabinetry, features hardware from boutique company Modern Matter and an antique mirror backsplash.
A green marble table adds visual interest and plenty of space for a game of chess.
The custom bunk room features Benjamin Moore Kensington Green paint and Seabrook Designs Terra Monstera wallpaper.
This outdoor retreat features pieces from Williams Sonoma Home and Bernhardt Furniture, with a pool by Curtis Pools and landscaping by Landscaping Tune-Ups Inc.

Each of the seven bedrooms has its own character, with a large-scale Slim Aarons photograph serving as the inspiration for its color palette.
This main bathroom reflects light from the adjoining bedroom. An oversized seagrass wall hanging adds texture, while the vanity’s contrasting color keeps the look crisp and clean.
