Tucked into Odessa’s Victoria Lakes community, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home by AR Homes by Custom Craft opens itself to the landscape around it. Inspired by the area’s lakes and wooded surroundings, the home layers organic textures, greenery and soft blue tones to reflect Florida’s natural beauty—while still feeling upscale and refined.

The Grandview floorplan features open-concept living, storm-safe design, smart home integration and space to gather—or retreat. Highlights include a spa-like owner’s bath, chef-worthy kitchen and great room that flows through 10-foot sliding glass doors onto a covered lanai, cabana, pool and spa.

The great room’s open-concept layout blends indoor-outdoor living with easy access to the lanai and cabana, complemented by natural tones and classic wood fixtures for a comfortable, at-home feel.

Interior designer Jill Sunseri infused the space with warm neutrals—creams, taupes and soft grays—punctuated by bold contrasts and gleaming metallics that nod to the Florida sunlight. Natural stone, wide-plank hardwood floors, sculptural accessories and personalized elements make every surface feel considered.

Streamlined furniture, rich wood tones and dynamic ceiling details balance the atmosphere so the home is both elevated and relaxed.

“The most enjoyable part of the process was curating the artwork and accessories,” Sunseri reveals. “Each piece was selected with purpose, enhancing the refined, collected look of the home and helping bring the overall vision to life.”

Thoughtful and quietly bold, this home strikes a rare balance—elegant but never overdone, spacious yet personal. It’s not just built to impress. It’s built to belong.
