It should come as no surprise that Tim Smith drives a 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport, given that he’s one of the most popular sales and leasing consultants at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. But having access to a new Lexus is only part of the reason.
“The IS 350, and particularly the F Sport version, is just plain fun to drive,” he says with a grin, adding that it’s his daily ride. The IS 350 features a fuel-injected 311hp V-6 engine that pushes it to a top speed of 143 mph—although Smith is quick to note he’s never gone that fast. His IS 350 is Iridium Silver, which he says “just glows in some light.”
A 21-year Army veteran, Smith retired as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) and admits, “I’ve always been a car guy. Since I was a teenager, I’ve loved custom and one-off cars and have a soft spot for cars with ‘classic, good lines’ like the IS 350.”
