Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Michelle Gillespie had spent years working both as a hospitalist and as an emergency room physician until she began to pursue her true passions of dermatology and regenerative medicine. Earlier this year, Dr. Gillespie opened Pramah Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine. The name is an acronym for her practice and services: performance, regenerative, aesthetics, metabolic, anti-aging medicine and hormone therapy. “It’s a philosophy of taking a whole body approach and individualizing a plan to help you achieve your goals,” Dr. Gillespie says. “Our focus is to reshape your perspective on beauty, body and age by optimizing a lifestyle that will support a healthier mind and healthier body. Beauty is not just skin deep.”
As Pramah’s owner and medical director, Dr. Gillespie takes a personal, hands-on approach with every patient. Pramah offers aesthetic services such as neurotoxins like Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, PDO threads, hair removal and microneedling with PRP. Based in osteopathic principles, Dr. Gillespie’s human performance services help bridge the gap between science and medicine with custom health and lifestyle assessments, nutritional plans, weight management, nutraceuticals, IV therapy and joint injections with PRP and stem cells. “It’s a collaborative and comprehensive effort to maximize your potential as an athlete or healthy individual as quickly as possible with long-lasting results.” Pramah targets anti-aging by offering hormone pellets, hair restoration, sclerotherapy, laser skin tightening and treatment for sexual dysfunction.
Pramah Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine is conveniently located in the heart of South Tampa’s SoHo neighborhood. Through September, Dr. Gillespie is offering special pricing for first-time aesthetics clients.
