Filipina-American Allison Hueman is a multidisciplinary artist based in Oakland, California. Her etherealism style is as colorful as it is thoughtful and “Ink in the Bloodline” is a perfect example of her brilliance and why her fans are big on her work. Hueman’s art lives worldwide, from highbrow galleries to cityscape murals and even a special edition NBA uniform. Her style is completely unique and unmistakably hers. It’s always extra special to see pieces wind up in the hands of long-time admirers, so when Genevieve Orebaugh got her hands on this canvas a few years ago during the annual Arts in Motion event, it was clear the work had found itself a perfect home here in Tampa.
